Mo FarahIn sharp contrast to this time last year, when he pulled out of competing due to stress triggered by the controversy surrounding his coach Alberto Salazar, this weekend Mo Farah not only competed, but broke another world record, this time for the 3000m.

The record has been held by Dave Moorcroft since 1982, but Farah’s time of 7min 32.62sec took a tenth of a second off Morrcroft’s time. We can’t wait to see how many more wins Mo Farah can achieve – next stop Rio!
