One of the greatest endurance trail running events, the Montane Tor Des Géants, is returning this year on 11th September 2017.

The first non-stop race of its kind to cover an entire region, the ‘brutal’ route runs along mountain trails in the Alps, through the Gran Paradiso Natural Park and the Mont Avic Regional Park. Starting and finishing in Courmayeur, Italy, competitors must cover 205 miles / 330km, whilst staying ahead of a cut-off time of 150 hours (6 days).

The route elevation is the equivalent of climbing up and down Everest 3.5 times and the race only has a 60% completion rate.
