How do you bake these little golden gems?

Each mix is 200g, so follow the following steps and every bite will have you thinking it’s your cheat day!

  1. Preheat oven to 150-160c
  2. Pour gingerbread mix into in a bowl
  3. Add 3-4 tbsp. of milk and 40g melted coconut oil
  4. Mix all together to form a dough
  5. Add additional flour to a surface and roll the dough out using a clean rolling pin
  6. Cut out biscuits using gingerbread man shape or shape cutter of choice
  7. Add all to a lined baking tray and cook for 9-12 minutes until golden
