Reading Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 18 March, 2018. It is one of the largest and fastest half marathons in the UK with nearly 15,000 registered runners taking part in 2017; from first timers to Britain’s elite.
The 2018 half marathon route promises to be as impressive as ever, taking in the highlights of Reading town centre. A world renowned course, huge crowd support, musical entertainment, beautiful University grounds and a field of seasoned athletes inspire a momentous finish inside Madejski Stadium, the home of Reading FC.
In 2017, 203 athletes completed the race in under 80 minutes. The winners were Andy Vernon (1:03:08) and Charlotte Purdue (1:12:15). Do you have what it takes to race for the win in 2018?
If you have a 2017 Half Marathon finishing time of 70min (men) or 80min (women) you can apply for an elite free entry to the Reading Half Marathon on Sunday 18th March. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to apply.
