Sir Mo Farah will join thousands of families at the 2019 Vitality Westminster Mile, the world’s biggest timed mile, on Sunday 26 May.

The multiple world and Olympic champion will be there in the morning to encourage children and adults participating in the family events as they run a mile on the spectacular route that starts on The Mall and finishes in front of Buckingham Palace.

Anyone entering the family events may be lucky enough to #RunWithMo as Farah will join in the fun and run in a family event on the day.

“This is the best mile in the world,” said Farah. “It will be wonderful to see thousands of kids running or walking with their parents and friends on this amazing route and the excitement as everyone gets a medal after they finish. I’ll be bringing my family along too. See you there!”

Race entry is free for children aged 11 and under, £8 for adults (18 and over) and £6 for 12-17-year-olds (there is a £1 reduction for Westminster residents). Every finisher gets a timed result, a fantastic medal and a goody bag.
